Whether a simple site check, a lock-up procedure, or a more depth patrol, the Patrol Logger app is easy to use with either our physical tags or GPS location tagging; tapping a tag not only records the patrol but has the ability to pass notes related to that tag back over to the guard. With each site visited, the guard is provided with a list of how many patrol tags are located on the site to ensure that none are missed.

Lone Worker Safety
Being tasked with responding to on-site incidents in a mobile capacity can often be a stressful task for both the response team and your safety team. With our Patrol Logger application, both proactive and reactive lone worker safety is at its core; with each site visited having a site-specific check-in timer which can be defined by risk assessment and size of site.
Whether it's automated, or triggered by the guard pressing the distress button on their device the lone worker alert is the same, with immediate contact being made with both the employee's immediate line manager and all staff who are currently on shift in that region, providing contact details for the guard along with their contact information to be used in line with your lone worker safety procedures.
Incident Data Capture
Incident data capture is carried out both electronically at every stage, and with the important data provided by the patrol guard. The guard's report can be either emailed in or captured using a structured form which is then send through to the system and stored, along with any photos the guard feels will be beneficial to the report. If a guard's report is missing at the point daily reports are triggered, the guard will be sent a reminder to complete the report at their earliest convenience.
As incidents evolve and further data is captured, clients will automatically be sent a revised copy of the report.
