Our Guard Management System (GMS) is a complete data management solution designed to be the central application with your security company. We currently provide functionality for security guarding, key holding & mobile response services, hardware sales and hardware rental services.
We are a UK based business and at this present time our software is designed around the legislation within the UK security industry including the relevant British Standards. If you're outside of the UK and would like to discuss what we can do for you, please get in touch and we can discuss your needs (and those of your national regulator) in more detail.
The software will run smoothly on a Windows based PC on both a local and networked basis or a Windows remote desktop server running Server 2019 or greater.
The SMS communications services will require you to either have an SMS gateway device on your network (which we can provide), or a subscription to a commercial SMS gateway provider from our partner Esendex.
The staff web portal requires a server with .net installed capable of running IIS 7 or above.
There is a monthly management fee which includes access to our support team who are available during office hours for standard queries, and can be paged 24/7 for more urgent issues; we don't just write the software, we use the software, so supporting users on it is second nature.
We quote based on your individual needs and several factors are taken in to account. The software is modular, so the modules you require would be taken in to account, along with the number of users, number of sites, and number of guards. We also offer hardware supply including suitable servers & Android devices. Finally, we prefer to discuss your onboarding strategy with you and make sure you're ready to integrate a new system in to your business; implementing a Guard Management System in to any business which is already operational is no small step and should be carried out as part of a plan rather than an "off the shelf" purchase.
Your data is stored on your network and owned by you at all times; whether it's on a single PC or laptop device or on a file server, none of your confidential data is stored off site. When your system pings us, it sends us statistics on any errors you've had and any changes to your licensable parameters (number of guards and clients), allowing us to ensure you never run out of capacity, but no identifiable data is ever sent off site.
There is a monthly support charge which is mandatory; this is calculated based on your usage of the system and charged each month. This is a condition of the purchase of our system.
