No. Quality Management is included within the core licence for all software users, as is the complaint tracker - there's no extra charges.

We will work with any bona-fide ACS consultant to help them to integrate our software in to your policies and procedures and can offer a series of example policies which are centred around our Guard Management System. We will not work with the copy/paste "ACS in a box" type consultants. 

The complaint & non conformity logger is included as standard as part of the application. If you already have a method for dealing with and logging complaints then there is no need to use our application and double your workload.
