The patrol compliance parameters are entirely up to you - setting the maximum gap between patrols and the number of tags that you expect your guards to visit per patrol are set on a site-by-site basis.

Our patrol management software is currently available in English Language and has been tried and tested in the UK for several years. The software is currently designed for businesses that operate in a single time zone. Contact us to trial the software in your country.

Unlike wand based systems, the data from the Guard Management Systems Patrol Logger app is sent through to your office in near real-time. There's no expensive bespoke hardware, no docking stations, and no bespoke cables to replace if the system ever gets damaged.

There are two versions of the client patrol log which are available; one featuring both notes and patrol tag locations, and the other only showing notes. These reports can be generated at any time, or sent over on a daily or weekly basis automatically.
